Its founding owners built their communities decades ago and proudly continue to own and operate their communities to this date. All of Cal West’s properties are staffed with a team of highly skilled individuals who oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental property, and are supported by modern computerized information systems that help by reducing time and minimizing costs. Whether it be making rental payments online or our mobile phone enabled laundry rooms, we endeavor to make residential life more efficient for our residents in today’s fast-paced environment.
