A true San Diego native, Carlos graduated from La Jolla High School in 2000 before serving 12 years in the United States Marine Corps, including two combat tours in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Since joining Cal West in 2013, Carlos has held a range of key roles—from overseeing facilities to managing on-site operations—and now serves as the company’s Operations Manager. During his time with Cal West, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business. Carlos is also a dedicated father of two and an active participant in the local youth sports community.
